We heard from Kyle this morning. He is doing well, and looking forward to leaving for South Dakota on Monday! He is really enjoying the MTC, and mentions that he has never felt so happy! The ATM at the MTC was broken, so he and his companion got to escape to a local grocery store to use the ATM. He said he's never enjoyed walking around a grocery store so much! He has already made some close friends, one being Elder Anderson from Bear River. Kyle did mention one elder in his zone that snuck out and went home. He felt bad for the elder, and said the work is hard, and he could see how it would be hard for some. He mentioned a talk that he heard last week from a member of the 70. He told the elders that a mission is not a sacrifice, but an investment in their future. Kyle liked that perspective. His letters have all been very positive and upbeat. We are excited to see him head to the mission field!
